No revealing or transparent swimwear, denim clothing, or clothing with metal attached is permitted. - Swim diapers designated for pools are required for children who are not toilet trained, regular diapers are prohibited. - All guests must shower before entering the water. - Do not drink the pool water, spit or spout water from the mouth. - Running, dunking, riding on shoulders, fighting and rough housing are prohibited. Diving permitted in designated areas only. - Abusive or profane language directed to other guests or staff is not acceptable. Guests will be asked to leave without refund for using abusive or profane language. - Loitering is not permitted in and around the facility, including the parking lot. - Alteration or removal of safety equipment is prohibited except in an actual emergency. - All guests must obey the rules listed above and follow the instructions of Water Safety Staff.

Spa Pool Rules - Persons should not remain in this pool more than 15 minutes per hour. Longer exposure may be dangerous. - Spa use is restricted to adults 18 and older and youth 14-17 years accompanied by an adult. - Observe time limit to avoid nausea, dizziness, fainting, and heat stroke. - Pregnant women and persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure should not enter the spa without prior medical consultation. - Do not use this pool while under the influence of any type of alcohol, drugs, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics or tranquilizers. - Submerging your head under water is not advised, doing so increases the danger of hypothermia. - WATER SAFETY TIPS FOR CHILDREN - Never take your eyes off of children in the pool, even for a moment. If your child cannot swim, stay within an arms reach. - Lifejackets are strongly recommended for all nonswimmers. - While supervising, stay alert and avoid distractions, like reading or using the telephone. - Tell children to stay away from pool and hot tub drains. - Tie up long hair securely to guard against drain entanglement. - If you find a drain cover that is loose, report it immediately and do not enter the spa.

Hats may be worn on the deck for sun protection but are not allowed in the water. Plain white T-shirts may be worn over bathing suits if desired. Sneakers are not permitted. Small luggage locks are not permitted. - The use of swimming aids, water toys, and flotation devices is prohibited. - Electronic equipment, including radios, cameras, and cellular phones, is not allowed on pool deck. - Eating or drinking is permitted only in designated areas. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. - Beach chairs, baby strollers, bags, blankets, or beach balls are not permitted on the pool deck. We will make our best effort to secure strollers. - Follow the directives of lifeguards, pool staff, and the police. - Ball playing, running, jumping, using profane language or other forms of disruptive and disorderly behavior are prohibited. - No diving, except in designated areas. - No smoking, pets, or glass bottles permitted. - Books and bound periodicals are permitted on the pool deck. Newspapers are not.

Refer any of the above cases to the Pool Supervisor. - Chewing gum and smoking are prohibited. - No running, pushing, shoving, horseplay or any other type of boisterous activity will be allowed in the pool area. - No breakable containers or glass allowed in the pool area. - Personal flotation devices may be used for therapeutic or rehabilitative purposes and may be used only with prior approval of the Pool Supervisor and a doctors note. All other flotation devices are prohibited for all patrons including children with the exception of coast guard approved lifejackets. - The use or possession of alcohol and drugs on city property is prohibited. - Anyone suspected to be under the influence will be prohibited from entering the facility. - Patrons are responsible for their own valuables and personal items. - Masks, fins and snorkels are not permitted.

Parents wishing to watch their children that are 7 years and older during recreation swim are not required to pay the adult admission fee, but must remain in the designated spectator area.- Children under 7 years old or less than four feet tall must be accompanied by a parent or responsible person in a swim suit at all times including in the water, on the deck and in the restroom. Guide/service dogs are allowed on deck, but not in the water. - Persons under the influence of alcohol or narcotics will be denied admission and/or asked to leave the premises.- Candy, food or beverages are not allowed except in designated area provided for eating or drinking. No glass items, chewing gum or smoking is permitted in the facility. - Flotation devices (water wings, swim suits with floats etc.) are not allowed. Toys, snorkels and masks are not allowed unless part of organized activity or approved by the Pool Manager. Lifejackets must be U.S. Coast Guard approved. - Suntan oils may not be used by sunbathers or swimmers. The use of sunscreen is encouraged; however, patrons must shower before re-entering the pool. - All patrons must shower before entering the pool. Persons with open cuts, sores, bandages, colds, coughs or infected eyes are not permitted in the pool. - Spitting, spouting or nose-blowing in the pool is strictly prohibited. - Everyone must pass a swim test before entering deep water. Weak or non-swimmers must remain in shallow water not deeper than their armpits. - Lying on the deck close to the edge of the pool where swimmers may trip over sunbathers is dangerous. Sunbathers must lie or sit at least three (3) feet away from the edge of the pool or in a designated area for such activity. - Dangerous practices are prohibited. Patrons must not run on decks; climb, sit or jump from fences: dive in shallow water (less than 9 feet deep): dunk, push, pull or splash swimmers. Jumps are permitted feet first. Back jumps, twisting and flips are not permitted at any time. - Diving in water less than nine (9) feet deep, back dives, somersaults, cannon balls from the side of the pool or any other unsafe activity are not permitted. - Do not engage with the lifeguard in unnecessary conversation. - Emergency procedures must be observed. Swimmers must leave the pool area immediately upon the signal or request of the Pool Manager. - Foul or abusive language will not be tolerated. - Walk at all times. DO NOT RUN.

No child 10 and under may be left unattended inside the facility. - In order to enter the facility, groups must have a guardian-to-child ratio of 1 to 15 for children ages 10 and under. - Abusive, offensive or profane language will not be tolerated. - Running, pushing, wrestling or causing undue disturbance is not allowed. Misconduct of this or any other type is grounds for expulsion from the pool. - Lifeguards may exclude anyone from the deep water who has not demonstrated sufficient ability to swim. - Only Red Cross or Coast Guard-approved pool floats are allowed in the pool. - Only inflatable balls are allowed in the pool. Staff can deny use of these items if they are misused or if they cause a disturbance. - Food is allowed in designated picnic areas only. No glass containers or alcohol of any kind are allowed inside the facility - Do not lounge or loiter near the lifeguard, stand or talk with lifeguards while they are on-duty. Questions should be directed to Pool Attendants or Managers unless there is an immediate safety issue. - Drugs, alcohol and weapons are strictly prohibited. Possession will result in expulsion. - Patrons thought to be intoxicated will not be permitted to enter the facility. - Non-service animals are prohibited. - No tobacco products are allowed.

Patrons must seek shelter under a man made structure during a thunderstorm. - Glass of any type is not permitted. - Alcohol and drugs are not allowed in the pool area. Intoxicated individuals will not be allowed into the facility. - Nerf balls, air mattresses and floats are allowed in the shallow end (4ft or less) only if the pool is not crowded. - Inner tubes are not allowed. - Baby floats are allowed only if the child is being supervised by an adult in the designated area. The child must be within arms reach of the supervising adult. - Bicycles, skates or skateboards are not allowed in the pool area. - Water guns are not allowed. - Lap lanes are for lap swimming only. - Plastic toys are allowed inside the pool area only with adult supervision. - Patrons cannot have children sitting on their shoulders or holding onto their backs. - Five minutes before every hour there will be a five minute safety check. All swimmers will be asked to get out of the pool, except for those who are doing swimming laps. - All children under the age of 10 must be actively supervised by someone that is 15 or older. All children between the ages of 10 and 14 must take a swim test if they do not have supervision. They will be allowed to swim in the pool if they pass the swim test.

The Pool Manager must approve video recording and photography of any kind within the pool area. - Inappropriate language, verbal abuse and individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol are prohibited from our pool. - Smoking, gum chewing, sunflower seeds and spitting are not permitted. - Persons with open sores, cuts or rashes are not permitted in pool complex; bandages are prohibited in pool. - Safety equipment is for pool staff use only. - Food and drinks in designated areas only. Alcohol and glass containers are not permitted. - Pool staff is required to close the pool in cases of inclement weather and/or after pool contamination incidents. - Please be advised that the pool staff may observe a 15 minute safety area during every 1.5 hours of operation in order to check equipment and account for all patrons present.
